Ingredients
2 scoops high quality vanilla ice cream
2 ounces of espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
Shaved Dark Chocolate or Chopped Hazelnuts (optional)
1 tablespoon of coffee, chocolate or nut liqueur (optional)
Directions
- Add 2 scoops of ice cream to a wide glass or small bowl.
- Top ice rream with chocolate shavings, nuts or other toppings if desired.
- Pour hot espresso over the ice cream.
- if desired, pour the liqueur over top.

Notes
- The best glass to use is a small drinking glass, just large enough to hold the ice cream which will keep all of the ingredients close together when taking a spoonful.
